In 2016, Field & Main Bank looked to NewGround to begin a new transformation at its banking center in Cynthiana, Kentucky to consolidate its banking center and drive-thru in one location while remaining located and committed to the downtown. The Bank wanted to stay true to its new brand and style by incorporating the same look and feel of its renovated main office banking center that was also designed by NewGround in 2015. Choosing a new build gave NewGround and Field & Main Bank complete command of how this space would reflect the Bank’s brand. This included the unique and impactful way in which the building was purposefully situated at an angle on the corner of the site to enhance its visibility. The Bank’s brand is built around the idea of providing a modern craft banking® experience for its customers, and NewGround helped to seamlessly bring this brand to life through the new banking center in Cynthiana. The new state-of-the-art 4,300 square foot banking center promotes a unique and personalized customer experience through relationship bankers dedicated to serving the total needs of the customers and the use of strategically placed free-standing teller pods that allow for a more modern and personal alternative to the traditional teller line. Additional features include a convenient drive-up teller window for on-demand transactional banking, digital media screens displaying dynamic content localized to the Kentucky community, and a beautiful outdoor patio space. The patio — as well as the conference room inside the banking center — are available to the public and serve as an extension of Field & Main Bank’s commitment to the community it serves
